PF Low Bleed White is a phthalate free plastisol white base designed to be used on Cotton/Polyester mixed fabrics. PF Low Bleed White can be used as a base colour, as a white or mixed with any of the PF Plastisol Colours. One of our most popular white bases, this product suits large volume garment decoration and performs well during production.

PF Low Bleed White is available in sizes suitable for large and small volume production and offers great value, excellent opacity, elasticity, ease of use and easy curing.

N.B. Pantone colours may require a base white print underneath to achieve maximum vibrancy, such as PF Low Bleed White which is used when printing on cotton/poly mixed fabrics.

Application

  • PF Low Bleed White works on cotton and poly-cotton blends.
  • Additives to use with this product:· Add 1%-3% PF Thinner to get the viscosity and consistency you want for your process.· All textile inks achieve optimum results when heat cured.

General Usage

  • Use neat 100%.
  • Fluorescent colors can be added to make vivid colors.
  • Can be mixed with PF Colours and pigments.
  • Stir product well before use, do not use additives that are not advised.
  • After printing, clean screens with synthetic thinner or plastisol screen opener.

Curing Instructions

  • Cure at 160°C / 320°F for 1.5 minutes.
