PF Colours are ready to use phthalate free plastisol based inks. With 17 colours in the range, these highly pigmented inks offer superb colour and can be used with any of our PF Clear or White bases.

They offer great value, vibrant colour, a soft hand-feel and are available in sizes suitable for large and small volume production. PF Colours offer excellent wash fastness, elasticity, ease of use and easy curing.

Mix with any combination of PF Series white and clear bases to achieve beautiful, vivid colours or mix with PF Mixing White to use with our Pantone matching software.

The software shows you the recipe of PF colours and bases you will need to match your choice of Pantone colour. Every colour you can imagine, available in minutes.

N.B. May require a base white print underneath to achieve exact match to Pantone colours.

  • Additives to use with this product:· 1%-5% PF Thinner can be added to this range of products

General Usage

  • Use 1%-100%.
  • PF Base and PF White can be mixed together.
  • Fluorescent colours can be used to make alive colours.
  • Stir product well before use, do not use additives that are not advised.
  • After printing, clean screens with synthetic thinner or plastisol screen opener.

Squeegee Type

  • 60˚ – 80˚ Shore Hardness, V type blade.

Curing Instructions

  • Cure at 160°C / 320°F for 1.5 minutes.

  • Phthalate Free but does not conform to ecological standards because they contain PVC.
