PF Base is a phthalate free plastisol clear base designed to add elasticity to PF plastisol inks. Up to 20% PF Base can be added to an ink or it can be mixed with any of the PF Plastisol Colours.

PF Base is available in sizes suitable for large and small volume production and offers great value, elasticity, ease of use and easy curing. (We do bigger sizes than displayed here so if you are interested, please reach out to us directly via our many contact platforms).

  • Use as a base or mix up to 20% with PF Colour plastisol pigment inks.
  • Improves colour reproduction and elasticity of print.

Application

  • PF Base improves elasticity and soft touching effect on prints.
  • Additives to use with this product:· Add 1%-3% PF Thinner to get the viscosity and consistency you want for your process.· All textile inks achieve optimum results when heat cured.

General Usage

  • Use 30%.
  • Stir product well before use, do not use additives that are not advised.
  • After printing, clean screens with synthetic thinner or plastisol screen opener.

Squeegee Type

  • 60˚ – 80˚ Shore Hardness, V type blade.

Curing Instructions

  • Cure at 160°C / 320°F for 1.5 minutes.

Environmental Information

  • Phthalate Free but does not conform to ecological standards because it contains PVC.
